Palazzo Pianca Hotel - Venice

Very nice place with unique interior design.

The entrance was confusing and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, the reception staff seemed disinterested. There was no greeting or inquiry about our journey. We noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with smeared walls that appeared not properly cleaned.

I thoroughly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. Everything in this property was great: incredible location and affable staff. The staff provided excellent service and helped me with directions. Had supper in a traditional restaurant...

Perfect location and comfy stay!

We spent 3 nights as a couple. The room was spacious and really stylish, and I loved the comfy bed after long days exploring. The staff were super friendly and quick to help. Got a free mini bar, which seemed like such a treat! Just a bit hard to find the entrance at first.

The communication from Francesca before our arrival was really good, providing clear directions to the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a smart TV that allowed us to unwind with our Netflix favorites. We appreciated the personal touch of the toiletries in the bathroom!

The access to some of the local attractions was slightly complicated due to fewer signs directing us.

The Double or Twin Room was such a delight! Super modern, clean, and it smelled amazing when I walked in. The bed was super comfy. I loved the stylish bathroom too-great walk-in shower and nice toiletries. The location was perfect for wandering around Venice. Easy access to everything. Plus, a complimentary mini bar? Yes, please! I felt really good here, would definitely come back!

The location here is fantastic, with Saint Mark's Square within easy reach, the twin/double room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, offering an amazing view, and the service provided was top-notch.
